Dukmun) on March 26 at 11:00 a.m. at NRICH for the 「Development and Dissemination of K-Buddhist Meditation Content Utilizing Natural Heritage」.<br><br>In light of the agreement, the two institutions plan to cooperate in various areas such as production, exhibition, education, and promotion of related content. Leveraging their expertise as the only comprehensive research institute for cultural and natural heritage and Buddhist public interest nonprofit broadcasting foundation in Korea, they aim to broadly promote the value of natural heritage and ensure accessibility to Buddhist meditation for all.<br><br>The key provisions of the agreement are as follows: ▲ enhancing the value of national heritage (natural heritage) and promoting it domestically and internationally; ▲ producing K-Buddhist meditation content utilizing temples and temple forests designated as scenic sites; ▲ exhibiting, educating, and promoting temples designated as scenic sites of natural heritage; ▲ and mutual cooperation for promoting the national heritage system.<br><br>Meditation, one of the prominent traditional Buddhist heritages, is a practice method aimed at realizing inner peace, enlightenment, and fostering spiritual growth. With the aim of contributing to the dissemination and expansion of Buddhist meditation culture, the two institutions plan to develop video content that allows immersion in meditation alongside the outstanding natural surroundings of Korean temples, such as temple forests*.<br><br>* Temple forest: Natural heritage owned by temples for the preservation of <br>the scenery within temple grounds or for the procurement <br>of materials necessary for temple operations<br><br>NRICH will survey the natural heritage value of temples designated as scenic sites (26 sites), while BBS will undertake video filming, editing, and broadcasting, aiming to promote the dissemination of K-Buddhist meditation.<br><br>NRICH looks forward to collaborating with BBS to promote K-Buddhist meditation domestically and internationally, aiming to widely publicize the beauty of temples designated as scenic sites and hoping to greatly contribute to helping people cultivate happy minds and bodies through nature.<br><p></p>
